The Happiest Place on Earth
January 30, 2018... a magical thing happened. I entered the beautiful gates of Disneyland.. for the SECOND TIME. Since I was a kid I have always enjoyed Disney movies and certain Disney characters, but it wasn't until I first visited the happiest place on earth that I truly fell in love with Disney. I had no idea that my naturally lazy, crowd detesting, ride fearing self could be so fascinated with a place like Disneyland. I embraced the crowds, I screamed and laughed on Indiana Jones repeatedly and nearly cried when it broke down mid-ride, and I ate greasy food and tasty treats with no reservation.
I didn't get the chance to go to Disneyland as a kid and I had no idea what I was missing out on. I found out, back in 2016 when I went to Disneyland for the first time, that it really and truly does not matter what age you are, you can be a kid at Disneyland. I let go of all of my inhibitions and I enjoyed myself completely in this, what was once, foreign land. There was a time when I would have laughed at people who go to Disneyland multiple times a year... and now, I find myself trying to come up with creative and financially responsible ways to do the exact same thing.
Enough of my blubbering, here are some photos of my second visit to Disneyland!
