On Thursdays We Drink Coffee
A week ago this time, my good friend Ashley and I visited three downtown Calgary coffee shops - Société Coffee Lounge, Alforno Bakery and Cafe, and Phil & Sebastian on Stephen Ave.
Now I'm not much of a "reviewer" per say because I'm too nice to say that anything is less than incredible (no one is ever going to trust me again), but I did legitimately enjoy all three of these places. Société has a very cozy atmosphere and makes a delicious cappuccino, Alforno has the most amazing treats and a bright and beautiful environment, and Phil & Sebastian, being a Calgary staple, never fails to disappoint with its always excellent brew.
In between stops on our espresso tour, to her surprise, Ashley got to be my lucky model, and I managed to snag a couple of building shots.
